🌟 Welcome to Year 5!
This year, the Year 5 team is Mr Mc and Mr Hopwood!
Our supporting TA for both classes will be Miss McCann.

Children are invited to come into school in their PE kits on Tuesdays.
PPA: Tuesday
PPA will be covered by Mrs Kelly and Miss Mc.

🏠 Learning at Home
There are lots of opportunities for children to continue their learning and practise key skills at home.
Children can access:
📚 Spelling Shed – to practise spelling and develop vocabulary
✖️ Times Tables Rock Stars (TTRS) – to build confidence and fluency with times tables
🧮 MathsWhizz – for additional maths practise and personalised learning
📚 Reading regularly at home is one of the best ways to support your child’s learning, helping to build confidence, develop vocabulary and improve comprehension while fostering a lifelong love of reading.
Even a little practise regularly can make a big difference!
