Comprehensive Initial Teacher Education (ITE) We partner closely with leading regional universities and training providers—including Liverpool Hope University, Liverpool John Moores University, Edge Hill University, University of Chester, and the Kingsbridge SCITT. We fully support candidates across all initial teacher training pathways, including traditional BA (Hons) with QTS and PGCE routes.

Apprenticeships & Professional Pathways To support diverse routes into the profession, we offer tailored apprenticeship opportunities for graduate teachers and teaching assistants. Additionally, members of our team regularly undertake advanced training with the Best Practice Network to deepen their subject specialisms and pedagogical expertise.

Expert Mentorship & Support Training across the school is strategically overseen by a dedicated Lead Practitioner. Every trainee benefits from high-quality, structured guidance provided by trained school mentors, who receive regular ongoing development alongside lead mentors from our partner institutions.
