Invitation to Play

Situated in our outdoor forest area, 'Invitation to Play' is a joint venture between Wirral Council's Early Years Quality Improvement team and Hungry Little Minds, which aims to create resources in the community to prompt 'learning through play'. 

Boards containing play prompts will be placed in the forest area to encourage families to play together, talk together and develop positive
family interactions. Being active is even more important than ever before and we have added lots of play prompts to get bodies moving and hearts pumping! Each board will have a parent fact explaining why these activities are important and some ideas to take home.
